Welcome to TVM

The Village Method (TVM) addresses the needs of youth and families with a holistic and wrap-around approach. We unite resources and expertise that support our core values. In doing so, we unify service providers through partnerships, engage families, advocate for our youth, and maintain results that will affirm the African proverb “it takes a village to raise our children and community to keep the parents sane.” TVM operates at the core of these services to ensure delivery is provided on a unified front.

Become A Volunteer

The Village Method (TVM) provides children with a safe place to learn and play within the New Haven Unified School District. Volunteers play a critical role by bringing special talents and skills that add depth to the program and offer children additional role models. Whatever you're good at, kids can learn from you. And you can learn from them too.

Donate ANY amount to help us towards the sustainable growth and development of the village. This amount will enable TVM to cover the cost so the youth and families in our program don't have to. This includes charter buses for college campus and STEM-business innovators tour, lunch/snacks, and supplies.
